The proverbial ostrich with its head sunk deep into the ground while the bush fire closes in is well illustrated by one uchumi (just like his handle, seems he is very economical with the truth).

Kenyans have spoken, Raila should walk the talk and step down. His dogs can continue to bark as their master is dragged to court.

My point was to expalain how Ngunyi’s woman and children came into play because you asked. Trying to imply that Raila appointed demons as though your toad-eyed Kibaki serves with angels, is stupid. Moreover, I will not discuss your issues, I will discuss stuff raised in the article. Kukufuata ujingani will not make me man enough, it will make stupid enough. Catch me dead on that one.

Emkei, contrary to facts in your head, the report you are tefering to was with Uhuru Kenyatta. Ask yourself why he did, much less, said nothing about it. I follow you through many fora. You are the one with a hero, not me. You only comment whenever pple say things that touch on PNU and MN. Why are convenietly avoiding the fact that UK sat on the report and only leaked it to the media to cover Mutahi and Ongeri. You are mired in insensibility. That is how you won the title of asshole of the year 2009 on Kenyanlist, and you will again.

Uchumu, after reading your long narrative, it’s clear that you want to engage in sideshows with the hope that they will cloud the real issues. Thats typical of our political class and their hawks…you are engaging the wrong party here.
Here is the real issue, i will paste it for you:
Why are you so furious when Raila is mentioned and he is just reaping the benefits of political treachery, stark deceit and political idiocy??? Remember him rounding tribal chiefs and thieves to form a pentagoon?? He even appointed crooks to important ministries against the wishes of Kenyans. What makes a lawyer who has been suspended by LSK for life for stealing clients the most qualified person to handle immigration office?? Kajwang is looting as we talk. What about Ruto, Ntimama, Fred Gumo, Sally Kosgey, Dalmas Otieno, Henry Kosgey, Ngilu of the HIV funds…etc…?? Did their association with Raila when he was desperate for votes cleanse their appetite for dipping their fingers into the public coffers??? Raila went into a marriage of convenience with crooks, he is harvesting the obvious. And he called those who resisted his charm Kabila Adui leading to PEV.
You can bury your head in the sand Mr. Chiteri, but not all Kenyans are that gullible. We see where you are coming from!!!!

Now are you man enough to address these issues??

Okumu, i know your pain when your hero’s hypocricy and idiocy is called out. I dont care and know that Kenyans are wise now.

Facts;
1. Raila got the maize report last year. It implicated his office and his family. He pushed for no one’s resignation not even RUTO and quickly appointed PwC to re-investigate while his culpable officers continued to hold their positions at a cost of over 20 Million Kshs. The verdict was the same. His office brewed the graft. The PwC report mentioned Raila’s PA and PS, Ruto’s PS (Ruto was not personally mentioned)….

If RUTO should step down. Raila should also Resign ans Chiteri puts it. Simple.

We also know that Raila’s other appointees aka Kajwang, Fred Gumo, Ngilu, Anyang Nyong’o have corruption cases in their ministries whose investigation is going on.We have not heard Raila call for their resignation or that of their PS.
Like i have said, KENYANS ARE WISE.

Emkei, betrays intellectual laziness. What is personal in Chiteri’s writing. Mutahi Ngunyi, in his article of Sunday 14/2/2010, said that Kenya; is him, his woman, and his children. That is stupid and limiting. For you to engage in senseless tirade, without the benefit of source documents, enlists you as the emotional one. The issue here is Raila’s actions and Kibaki’s actions. Do not try to drag the entire party into this debate with the hope that some people will embrace the same mediocrity and end up dragging the entire cabinet here. Chiteri in no way insinuated, not even implied that Kenya is his woman and children. Go back to Ngunyi’s article and tell us if he is misquoted. Here is Ngunyi’s language in the refrenced article “…….. Kenya is me, my woman and my children. Period.” And that is not the first time. Look at this one of Jun 14, 2009 “……I Mutahi Ngunyi, originally … To preserve my woman and my children”. Please take note that it is Ngunyi who brought his woman and children along, and as he uses them to make a paycheck, the world shall keep them active in any discourse involving him – and that is fairplay.

Mr Chiteri should stop abusing our intelligence by twisting glaring facts. Raila called for the resignation of Ongeri and Ruto on the basis of their offices, PS’s more specifically, being involved in graft. Kenyans supported him.
When his PS and Personnal Assistant were mentioned adversely in graft, Hon. Raila in a press conference stammered..went to their defence and when the public pressure became too much asked them to step aside.
Kenyans are saying HE SHOULD ALSO STEP DOWN if fairness is to be seen. If Ruto and Ongeri are to step down because of their PS’s, what abour Raila whose PS and PA are involved???

Secondly, its now common knowledge that Raila got the maize report last year. He decided to sit on it, did not make it public and he saw no reason then to ask his culpable officers to step down. Was he covering graft in the hope that the Miaze issue would be swept under the carpet??? Why shield corrupt officers in his office for over 3 months until the report is leaked by another source. It just shows hypocricy on the PM part. Mr. Chiteri has refused to cover various aspects of this issue possibly because ofhis political interests. I hope the moderators will not muzzle my opinion since ity goes against the tide.
