		<description>Great article, all sisters ought to read it. I&#039;m not sure if pre-nuptial agreements are valid in Kenya, but there is the Married Women&#039;s Property Act which offers protection to married women&#039;s property. However, I would advice women not to change the titles of their properties, especially those acquired before marriage, this&#039; to avoid long and protracted legal battles over property ownership and titles [in the event that a relationship ends in separation/divorce]. Lastly, keep all your documents safely with the Bank and not at home in some drawer. Please, let your Savings Account, be only in your name!!!
